     I am so excited to begin another new school year with my students here at Shoemaker School!  In our classroom, we will be learning many new and interesting things, and will be working together as a team in every subject and class activity.  It is important to me that my students are a part of the decisions and learning processes in this classroom.  I will introduce you to many different strategies and resources to help make our third grade year a success! 

 This is such an exciting time for you!  In third grade, we will be doing many new and fun things!  Learning styles, differentiated instruction, as well as cooperative projects will all be a part of our classroom as we venture through this school year!  Building responsible habits and a positive work ethic will also be a large focus as we get to know each other and delve into many exciting subjects and topics!
