Bucket Filling

The bucket represents a person's mental and emotional health.  You can't see the bucket, but it is there.  Children should learn how to express kindness, appreciation, and love toward others.  When you care about others and show it with what you say and do, you feel good and you fill their bucket as well as your own bucket, too.

Adults can encourage positive behavior and help children think about what they might say or do to fill someone else's bucket.  With daily practice, they will experience the pride and joy of filling buckets.

Happy bucket filling!
